Flat Stomach Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 glass of warm water (about 250 ml)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
• A small piece of fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
